4 treatments. 
8 weeks. 
The end is close! 

Scott did the past 2 weeks without any meds - just chemo & the injection to increase white blood cells. While he says he was achy it's better than the meds to deal with the symptoms. 

I think we've all adjusted to this new pace of life. It will be wonderful to get back to being more social. Although, cocooning season has been alright. 

He's got a great attitude. Thanks for continuing keeping us in your prayers.

3 weeks later...

  In a sweet turn of events....  The scheduler was new to us.... and she couldn't find an appointment on a Monday for Scott... or Tuesday, so she schedules him for a Wednesday. Which meant he was able to enjoy Canadian Thanksgiving - and we did it well! While the Butter Tarts were not able to make the dessert table, we had enough. Fresh Irish Apple Crumble, Tiramisu, Pumpkin Pie and Nanaimo Style Alabama Bars (Thank you Emma, Corner Gas). It was a great meal he could taste.  Scott has 1 more Treatment and he is counting the days. He rests a lot. Sunday is a great example. He may or may not sleep Saturday Night. He will go to church and then eat lunch. By 1pm he's ready to sleep 3+ hours.  Chemo brain is a real thing and will be grateful for it to go away. In other news, this is time together that we would have never taken for ourselves.
